This position may be the one on which you’ve based your past hard work, CHRP designation and career-driven goals. You rose up the ranks to the HR Manager position you’ve had for over 3 years now, and your other 5-7 years as an Assistant / Generalist and Manager qualifies you for this opportunity. Experience in a production environment is very favorable.
In a company that employs a modern production team, you are the go-to person for all activities in HR. And you have direct experience in ERP, perhaps even being involved in the selection and launch. You have had your CHRP for over 5 years. You have an intimate knowledge of the entire payroll process, Health & Safety, Industrial Relations and you have mentored others in the perpetual drive towards zero workplace accidents.
You will be reporting to the Vice-President of a privately held company with sales increasing annually over the past 3 years. The Employee Relations budget will be in your hands, as will all major decisions regarding amendments to payroll, ERP, workplace safety, training and education. You may be involved in a mass recruitment campaign this autumn.
A minimum $85K salary is the core of an attractive compensation package, with benefits included. Relocation assistance is a possibility. PLEASE NOTE: CHRP designation and years of experience are required in order to be considered, without exception.
